Retreat: Pilates with Anne

Join us for a contemporary mat Pilates class taught by Anne. Anne is a STOTT-certified Pilates teacher. STOTT Pilates is a program based on the original Pilates method, updated alongside physical therapists to help restore natural spinal curvature and rebalance muscles around the joints.

Anne is known for her form-focused classes, feel-good approach, and for creating sessions that blend mobility with functional movement. Whether this is your first Pilates class or you’re a seasoned Pilates mover, this class is for you.

Come as you are, maybe bring a friend, and be ready to leave class feeling more mobile, with a stronger mind-body connection, and maybe even a little taller than when you arrived. Please make sure to bring your own mat!
