Top of the Park Seasonal Manager Positions

  • Production Director: Lead and coordinate all technical and operational aspects of Top of the Park, running from June 14-30, 2024. This position is responsible for coordinating staff, vendors, and budget. This includes hiring personnel for load-in and load-out, supervising nightly operational needs, and working closely with the Site Manager, Event Manager, and Front of House and Personnel Manager on nightly event execution.
  • Events and Bar Manager: Supervise and coordinate all beverage, waste, and back-of-house operations at Top of the Park. This position closely collaborates with all other seasonal managers on nightly event execution.
  • Finance Manager: Supervise sales and donation activity at Top of the Park. This position works with a financial assistant to train and supervise hourly cashiers, open/close points-of-sale nightly, supervise artist merchandise sale payouts, prepare nightly financial reconciliation, make bank deposits, and address variances with the A2SF contract accountant. This position closely collaborates with the Associate Director, Finance Assistant Manager, Site Manager, Party Manager, and the Artist Services Manager.

Top of the Park Employment Application

Season staff are integral to the success of Top of the Park and the positive patron experience. Staff members fulfill a wide range of operational duties, with every team member being responsible for creating a clean, safe, positive atmosphere on site. Rates start at $14.00/hour, and the minimum age to work at Top of the Park is 16+, and 18+ at the bar. The deadline to apply for the 2024 season is May 31.

The A2SF internship program offers meaningful, on-the-job experience for college students and recent graduates who are interested in pursuing careers in arts management and live event production. A2SF internships offer a wide range of hands-on experiences, professional development, networking opportunities, and research projects for aspiring arts professionals. Compensation

Each intern will receive a $2,000 honorarium thanks to the Molloy Arts Education Fund and the generosity of its donors. This fund aims to provide interns with a hands-on experience that fosters critical skill development and innovative thinking.
