A2SF is committed to making its programs accessible to all. If there’s a way we can be helpful, or if you have questions or feedback regarding our practices email info@a2sf.org or call our admin office at 734-994-5999. Relay calls are welcome via the Michigan Relay Service by dialing 711.

The following services are available:

Top of the Park

- Accessible parking in Thayer and Fletcher parking structures and drop-off areas at the south side of the Michigan League
- Reserved accessible seating
- Accessible portable toilets outdoors
- Closed captioned screenings: All films screened at Top of the Park include closed captions

Indoor Ticketed Events (Hill Auditorium, Rackham Auditorium, Lydia Mendelssohn Theater, and Michigan Theater)

- - Accessible restrooms in venues
  - Companion seating and placement of mobility assistance devices in designated areas. Please call the box office at 734-764-2538 regarding ticket availability.
  - Assisted Listening Devices
  - Sign Language Interpretation: American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available upon request for ticketed series spoken-word performances and select music performances with advance artist cooperation (three weeks notice requested)
  - Usher Assistance: A2SF ushers and greeters are able to assist patrons with physical accessibility needs to their seats, vehicles, or answering questions in the venue
