Washtenaw Community College invites students of all ages to Science Night at KidZone+! This high-energy event blends STEM, sports, and e-Sports, offering hands-on activities that spark curiosity and fun. Young scientists can dive into chemistry, physics, and engineering through interactive experiments led by WCC’s Math and Science Department.

Be wowed by the Mad Science Detroit show, packed with jaw-dropping science demonstrations that thrill the whole family!

In the e-Sports Gaming Zone, students can challenge their skills on a Nintendo Switch, while WCC’s Intramural Sports team hosts soccer, flag football, and more outdoor fun.

Families will also find engaging activities like science-themed coloring pages, paper rockets, and paper airplanes. Curious about energy? Explore our semiconductor kits and don’t miss the pedal-powered bike—where kids can generate their own electricity just by moving!

It’s a night full of discovery, energy, and excitement—perfect for learners of every age. Come play, learn, and imagine what’s possible!

WCC Mission: Our college strives to make a positive difference in people’s lives through accessible and excellent educational programs and services.
