Ann Hua Taiji Club shares the art of traditional Yang-style Taiji, a gentle Chinese practice known for its slow, flowing movements and calming, meditative quality. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Taiji helps improve balance, flexibility, and focus while reducing stress.
Participants of all backgrounds and experience levels are invited to explore simple, beginner-friendly movements and experience the harmony of breath, body, and mind. Come move, relax, and discover how Taiji can bring a sense of ease and energy to everyday life.
