Retreat: Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy – Wu Style Tai Chi

Come join instructors from Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy-Ann Arbor to explore the health benefits of Tai Chi Chuan. Participants will learn basic principles, walking and warm-up exercises, and a short sequence of movement, in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Tai Chi Chuan is a “soft” martial art known for promoting optimal health and healing. It combines gentle physical exercise with stretching and mindfulness to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Benefits include improved muscle and joint strength, enhanced focus, and increased flexibility and balance.
