Retreat: The Barre Code – Full Body Workout

The Barre Code blends the most effective elements of pilates, dance and yoga into a unique ballet barre-based workout set to upbeat, motivating music in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.  Each group class is designed to sculpt a strong body by targeting the seat, thighs, abs and arms with the use of resistance props to build strength and enhance flexibility. This outdoor class will be modified so no ballet barre needed but please bring a yoga mat and shoes.
