Come do Yoga in Nature!

Join us for a welcoming and fun all-levels yoga class. We’ll stretch, strengthen and reset both body and mind. Yoga outdoors invites you to breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in a natural, open space. This class will help support your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Your body is wise, it holds an intuitive intelligence to guide you to balance and calm. As we move and breathe, you begin to notice how everything is connected, and with that awareness a deeper connection emerges, within yourself, with those around you, and with the natural world we share.

Taught by Marty Betts, a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor and personal trainer with 15 years of yoga teaching experience. Marty brings a deep passion for yoga and its power to help people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected. This helps foster a sense of gratitude for both body and mind, and a deeper connection to ourselves and to the world around us.
