KidZone: Instrument Petting Zoo • A2SO

Bring the whole family to the KidZone to experience an Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra Instrument Petting Zoo! These interactive experiences allow people of all ages and experience levels to hold and play an instrument. The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra’s Learning & Community staff and assistants will be there to assist young learners in the basics of handling the instruments, as well as guiding them through how to make a quality tone right from the beginning! Instruments at our Zoos may include violins, violas, cellos (all in appropriate sizes for children), trumpets, clarinets, and flutes! The Learning & Community Staff has researched industry standards for our wind instrument cleaning process so everyone can participate safely.
